2020-2021 SCHOOL REGISTRATION
Online Registration for the 2020-2021 school year is now open! Please go to the Campus Portal to register your students for the 2020-2021 school year. All students must be registered every year in order to have access to all school resources. If you need assistance with this, please call the CCSD Help Desk at (702)799-7678. Once you have completed your registration online, please CLICK HERE to complete the registration process and upload any required documents. Please email all registration questions to email@example.com.
Zone Variances – If you are in need of a zone variance for the 2020-2021 school year, please complete the Zone Variance Form. If you already completed a paper copy for next year, you do not need to fill out a new form.
For the 2020-2021 school year, Las Vegas High School will operate on an 8-period block schedule day. Periods 1,3,5, and 7 will be on Mondays and Thursdays. Periods 2,4,6, and 8 will be on Tuesdays and Fridays. Wednesdays will be periods one through eight.

NEED INTERNET?- If you are in need of Internet for your home please visit connectkidsnv.org or call the Family Resource Center at (888) 616-2476. English and Spanish-speaking operators are available Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

RECONNECT CCSD- The Clark County School District has created a website to help find information regarding the 20-21 school year. It can be found by clicking the link here. A Spanish version can be found here.
FIXING CHROMEBOOKS- Some Chromebooks are out of date from being shut down for so long because of school closure. Students/parents can manually update the Chromebook manually to be able to run Canvas. Please use the link here and follow instructions, specifically the "Check for updates yourself" section on how to update your Chromebook.
ACT BOOT CAMP- Are you looking for tutoring to help you do well on the ACT this year? Click here for a chance to attend an ACT boot camp.

LEARNING LINE – In an effort to provide assistance for our families, CCSD has created the Learning Line, a service where CCSD personnel can provide support for all students via telephone to maximize learning through distance education. Please call 702-799-6644 to access the Learning Line. Educators will be available from 8:00am to 4:00pm to assist students in both English and Spanish during scheduled school days.
SUPPORT LVHS AND OTHER CCSD SCHOOLS- The CCSD Support A School Program is looking for donations. Is there something you or your business no
longer needs that a school can put to good use? Would you like to provide your neighborhood schools with items they need? Click on the link to find out how you can help LVHS and other schools.
MEAL DISTRIBUTION- Rules for picking up breakfast and lunch at LVHS are changing. Please read the following document on how to register to pick up food beginning August 24th. The time to pick up food at LVHS is changing. Food will be from 11am to 2pm.
REUNION CANCELLED – From the LVHS Alumni Association... "The 2020 Wildcat Reunion has been cancelled. Hopefully we'll be back to normal by next year, so please save the date of October 16th, 2021 for the next reunion. We're really sad to have to cancel and will miss seeing everyone. Please stay well and take care!"
